How does the beta testing challenge work?

We are limited to 150 testers on this occasion so don't delay as the first 150 who opt in will be chosen. If you're not one of our first to opt in this time around - we may contact you in future when we need a wider testing group.

The first 150 users who sign up and complete the beta testing as specified will receive 2,500 BetterPoints as a thank you. We really value your feedback on the app and it helps us to ensure it works correctly before making new versions available to everyone.

For iPhone testers:
Once you've opted in by giving us your Apple ID, we'll add you to Test Flight within a few days. You will receive an email with a link to download the Test Flight app with other instructions on how to get started.

For Android testers:
Upon providing us with your Google Play email, we'll add you to the closed beta test for the new app. You'll receive an email from us with a link you'll need to click through to get started within a few days of opting in.

Testing runs from Monday 20th - 27th February. If you encounter any bugs during testing - please use the bug report function in the upper left-hand menu to add the details. We will send you a survey to complete on the last day of testing for further information. That will give you your 2,500 points. At that time we will ask you to log out of the new app and delete it.

If you have questions or concerns, please do get in touch with customer care.
