Throughout the Step Up challenge we are giving away some fantastic prizes.
To enter the prize draws you need to track your running, walking, cycling and sustainable travel to and from the University campus and earn BetterTickets.

We are removing the location restrictions so participants working or studying from home can earn BetterTickets for their activities. As of 24 March 2020 we are no longer rewarding sustainable travel as per the Government Guidance regarding the Covid- 19 pandemic see here for more information.

Earn 1 BetterPoint per minute
Walk, run or cycle in any location within the UK and earn 1 BetterPoint per minute, up to 150 per week.
Daily exercise
Earn 25 BetterPoints per day

Terms and Conditions
All prize winners must be Students or Staff Members of Sheffield University taking part in the Step Up challenge.
Concert Series/Enable Us tickets - entitles the winner to two tickets for any performance please see this link for more information.
The winner will be notified by email and/or in-app message within 28 days of the closing date. Prizes of BetterPoints are automatically assigned at the point of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim a prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
